Verdi’s La Traviata is a heartbreaking and timeless tale of love, sacrifice, and redemption, set against the glittering backdrop of 19th-century Paris. With soaring melodies and emotional intensity, this beloved opera tells the story of Violetta, a glamorous courtesan who risks everything for true love—only to discover that love, like life, can be painfully fleeting.
