Get ready to Bao Down in this fun, hands-on cooking class packed with bold Asian-inspired flavors! You'll learn the art of making soft and fluffy handmade steamed bao buns from scratch before filling them with crispy pork belly glazed in rich hoisin sauce and bright, tangy quick-pickled vegetables. Start the evening with edamame, then prepare a refreshing Asian cucumber salad to complement your savory bao. Finish the experience on a sweet note with creamy gelato. From mixing and shaping bao dough to mastering crispy pork belly and quick pickling, this class is the perfect combination of hands-on techniques and seriously delicious food.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
