America's 250th birthday is here, and what better way to celebrate than with a staple American dinner, meat and potatoes! Fire up the grills and throw on a steak or two, all while making a side dish that hits close to home here in Utah, Funeral potatoes. Add some buttery dinner rolls and a sugary drink from our "Parade Float" soda bar, and you have one birthday for America you won't want to miss! So come on down and learn the grill skills to get that perfect cross hatching, and juicy tenderness to show off all summer long!

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional Chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.

Seats are priced per person.
