On this International Women's Day, celebrate women around the world and in your own backyard with costumes and fun on the slopes.
Schedule (2025)
- 12:30 p.m. – Meet at the bottom of Moonbeam Express chairlift for a group ski around
- 2:00 p.m. – Enjoy a free hot chocolate and cookie from Moonbeam Lodge, accompanied by Solitude Staff
- 4:00 p.m. – Take the last run as a group from the top of Moonbeam Express chairlift to Last Chance Lodge for screenings of films, courtesy of The North Face
Screening: "Of a Lifetime"
"Of a Lifetime" is a celebration of discovery, adventure, and the passing of the torch to the next generation against the breathtaking backdrop of Antarctica. 18-year-old Mila sails across the Drake Passage to ride the unimaginably steep lines of the icy continent. Mila’s initiation into big mountain free riding is captured through personal diaries, showcasing her growth as she faces her fears and embraces the challenge.
Food and beverages
- Chicken tenders, fries, and grab & go food will be available for purchase.
- Beer & seltzer will also be available for purchase.
Following the ski movie, we will be raffling goodies from Solitude and The North Face.
The event will conclude around 5:30 p.m.
