Go beyond the takeout box in this Pad Thai cooking class, where you’ll explore the flavors, techniques, and balance that define Thai cuisine. You’ll learn how to make Pad Thai from scratch—mastering the sweet, sour, salty, and spicy elements—then expand your skills with additional classic Thai-inspired dishes that highlight fresh herbs, vibrant sauces, and bold aromatics. Along the way, the chef will share tips on ingredient substitutions, wok techniques, and building authentic flavor at home. Flavorful, approachable, and endlessly satisfying, this class is perfect for anyone ready to deepen their love for Thai cooking.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
