Discover the art of tamale-making in this hands-on workshop designed to teach technique from the ground up. Together, we’ll prepare flavorful masa, develop balanced fillings, and practice traditional wrapping methods to create beautifully assembled tamales. Guests will leave with their handcrafted tamales ready to steam at home, along with the knowledge and confidence to continue the tradition in their own kitchens.
