Hey all,
This Tuesday, October 13th, we will meet in the Rose Garden parking lot of Sugarhouse Park at 5:30 am, rain or shine. We will warm up with a lap of the park, then add a few more laps with some tempo work.
The workout will consist of three additional laps of the park, with different intervals of effort and recovery. For example, the first lap could be 1:00 effort with 1:00 recovery.
