Renowned for her richly personalized, effortless style of hook-rich songcraft, Clara La San is a producer, songwriter, composer and singer. She has developed a resounding reputation for writing and arranging songs that feel instantly familiar and timeless, with a distinctly fresh appeal. The 2023 self-release of her single “In This Darkness” earned her solo sound hundreds of millions of plays across DSPs. Her collaborations include The Kid Laroi, BNYX, Bicep and Bryson Tiller. With close to a billion global career streams, multiple instantly sold-out headline shows and a growing community of fervent fans, Clara La San is quickly becoming one of the most exciting and magnetic artists shaping the sound of modern R&B.

In June 2024, after years of building underground acclaim and fan anticipation, Clara released her debut album, Made Mistakes, to praise from The FADER, Office, Paper Mag, Nylon and more. In December 2024, she officially re-released her 2017 mixtape, Good Mourning, with updated vocals, a fresh mix by Geoff Swan and a new track and video, “Enemy,” produced by her longtime collaborator Jam City. In 2025, “Feel Good,” a standout track from Good Mourning, made the TikTok Top 50 chart and passed 75 million streams across platforms.

Her music draws on strands ranging from early aughts R&B to contemporary rap instrumentals, as well as cinema scores and up-to-the-second sound design, to create a singular style of electro-soul and pop. Her style is matched by an ability to conceive top-line vocal melodies layered with lush harmonies.
