Lost Sheep Running Club

Hey all,

This Tuesday, September 15th, we will meet at the southeast corner (drinking fountain) of Liberty Park at 5:30am. We will warm up with a jog around the park, then switch to timed intervals like minute on/minute off. We will run three laps of the park at different timed intervals.

Also, November 8th marks the fourth year that Bonk and I have organized the PCVK - Primary Children’s Vertical Kilometer - up the west face of grandeur. This is a great event for a great cause. You can find more info, and register, here.
