Lost Sheep Running Club

Hey all,

This Tuesday, July 28th, we will meet at Popperton park at 5:30am. This run is a combination of different workouts, and a favorite amongst our group. I’m out this week, again, and Jed has graciously volunteered to lead the pack. I’ll be back soon!
