In this free workshop you can learn low-risk and sustainable ways to harvest Utah wild edibles. Local botanical enthusiast Rikki Longino grew up learning the plants and has continually built skills throughout their career as a garden educator and herbalist. They will share tips on identification and safety, seasonal skills, culinary and medicinal preparation, and the ethics of harvesting plants and fungi in urban and wilderness areas.
