New this month: we are moving our Micro Days from Wednesdays to Mondays!
Come explore the wonders of the microverse every Monday from 3-6pm by looking at found objects under microscopes!
Our topics for this month are:
- March 30 -- Galactic Glitter - Explore glitter up close, learn why it looks the way it does, and use it to make galactic art.
- Due to our popular Egg Drop Challenge, there will not be a Micro Days on April 6.
- April 13 -- Extremophiles and Tardigrades - Join us as we discover tardigrades and other extremophiles that can survive the harshest conditions Earth - and space - have to offer.
- April 20 -- Earth Day - In celebration of Earth Day, learn about the processes that take place on the planet you walk on everyday! Join us with games and experiments to learn how the world works!
- April 27 -- Astrobiology - Learn why microscopes are essential to astrobiology, the study of extraterrestrial life in the universe. Play a sorting game to explore the factors scientists use to calculate the chances of finding extraterrestrial life!
These events are free and do not require registration.
