Get inspired by the beauty of nature and yarn paintings from the Utah Museum of Fine Arts education collection! Join artist and UMFA education curator Virginia Catherall at the Day-Riverside Branch of The City Library to explore yarn painting.

Yarn painting originates from the Wixárika culture of Mexico. These pictures made of colorful yarn offer an opportunity to explore your creativity and create your own landscape picture.
