The Gateway brings you Yoga & Beer, a weekly event to clear your mind.
Suzy will lead this series with a power flow yoga, integrating optional beer drinking postures. All levels of yogis and beer drinkers are welcome.
Yoga is free. Beers from Squatters & Wasatch are $7.
Yoga flow by Suzy @suzysculpts & live music by DJ Drew @djdrewmusic.
Classes are held every Tuesday at 6 p.m. at The Gateway, 18 N. Rio Grande Street.
