Join us for a hands-on dive into Thai cooking that’s bold, bright, and built around real restaurant flavors; no shortcuts, no pretense, just good food made with intention. We’ll focus on Pad See Ew, that smoky, sweet-salty noodle dish you usually only get right from a hot wok in a busy kitchen, and break it down into something you can actually pull off at home without stress or special equipment.

Along the way, we’ll layer in fresh herbs, heat, and balance so you start to understand how Thai food really works; why it hits so hard when it’s right, and how to fix it when it’s not. You’ll leave full, a little messy, and very confident.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.

  • You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
  • Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
  • You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class.
  • Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
