We’re dedicating this round of Specialty Cocktail Night to one of the most iconic drinks ever built: the Old Fashioned.

From traditional builds to bold, spirit-forward variations, this is a night for slow sips, strong pours, and thoughtful riffs on a classic. Whether you’re a bourbon purist, mezcal curious, or looking for something a little unexpected, we’ve curated a lineup that hits every note.

• PB&J — Skrewball, Chateau Monet, blackberry, saline, cherry bitters
• Honey-Fashion — Beehive Gin, Licor 43, honey, orange bitters
• Chocolate Smoke — Wahaka Mezcal, chocolate liqueur, chocolate bitters
• Sazerac — Templeton Rye, absinthe, Peychaud’s bitters
