Upcoming Ugly Sweater Ornament Class, Sat, Nov 14, drop in between 12noon – 7pm (taught by Jenny Venegas, in the classroom, $14)

You’re invited to take a hand-crocheted sweater ornament and add all the accessories to make it ugly or even uglier. This class will soon be a holiday favorite.

Participants can choose from sequences, pom-poms, tensile, bells, and many other options to make a hand-crafted crocheted sweater ornament ugly. This class is family-friendly and open to all ages. No experience is necessary, and all materials will be provided. Just bring your imagination and your willingness to have some fun!

Saturday, November 14, from 12–7 p.m. Drop in any time or sign up for a time slot.

Children under 10 will need help from an adult to handle a glue gun safely.

Register below or drop in on the day. To pre-register more than 3 spots, contact 801-686-5351 and they will try to accommodate your group.

Cancellations made more than 7 days before the class receive a full refund, minus a $5 cancellation fee. No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 7 days before the class begins.

Instructor Jenny Venegas has always found joy in learning and creating through what many refer to as “domestic arts”—sewing, quilting, canning, and embroidery, to name a few. After taking a break from her creative endeavors for many years, she’s gradually returned to her roots with her brand, Aunt GG’s, inspired by her Great-Aunts Grace and Glady. Jenny creates comforting handmade goods for the home and patio.
