From the moment guests arrive at the CLUBHOUSE on SOUTH TEMPLE, they’ll feel it — that subtle shift in the air, the quiet hum that seems to gather around old brick and century‑old windows. This isn’t just a building. It’s a place where stories linger, where footsteps echo long after the halls fall silent, and where history seems to breathe just beneath the surface.

Constructed in 1913 for The Ladies’ Literary Club — the oldest women’s club west of the Mississippi — this elegant, historic landmark has seen more than a century of gatherings, celebrations, whispered conversations… and perhaps a few visitors who never quite left. Listed on the National Historic Register, the Clubhouse carries an energy that seasoned investigators recognize immediately.

On Saturday, May 31, 2026, from 8:30 PM to midnight, you’re invited to step inside and experience it for yourself. This will be Advanced Paranormal Services’ third investigation of this location — and the first two were active enough that we couldn’t wait to return. Space is limited to 40 guests, so reservations will disappear quickly.

What the night includes:
- Brief presentation on the building’s history and essential paranormal safety procedures.
- Small-group investigations led by experienced members of the team.
- Exploration of atmospheric spaces: Drawing Room, Auditorium, upstairs Library, backstage rooms, and more.
- Light snack between sessions: a bag of chips, candy, and a water or soda.
- Regroup at the end of the night to share experiences and compare notes.

- Kitchen and Storage (14’ x 18’ on the main floor)
- Restrooms (2 on the main floor)
- Upstairs Library/Studio (34’ x 20’ above Drawing Room)
- Back-stage Green Room (10’ x 13’ - above Stage)
- Back-stage Green Room (8’ x 10’ - above Kitchen)
- Restrooms (2 in the basement)
- Additional basement rooms

For the investigation:
- Participants MUST be at least 18 years old or at least 14 years old and accompanied by a parent or guardian. All investigation participants (or the participant's parent or guardian) must sign a waiver.
- No alcohol or drug use is permitted. Intoxicated investigation participants will be asked to leave the event.
- Please don't bring Ouija boards, conjuring candles (or any open flame), or other items to "summon" entities. We want to investigate what is already at the venue, not invite other entities.
- Under the Utah Clean Air Act, no tobacco products or vaping is allowed within 40 feet of the building.
- As always, we strive to create an entertaining event; however, paranormal activity can't be guaranteed.
