Harmons Station Park Cooking School

We are kicking off a week of Hatch Chile Roast themed classes with "Hatch Me if You Can" — a reminder that this time of year only comes around once! The annual Harmons 'Taste of Chile Roast' Festival is Saturday, August 22 and is a hometown favorite here at Station Park. We aim to inspire you with our Hatch-infused menu: you'll make delicious pork Hatch chile verde, Hatch chile queso blanco, and enjoy some of the highlights of Harmons Hatch chile roast influenced products from the shelves, like our Hatch chile pineapple salsa, hummus, and special edition Chile seasoning. It's gonna be a hot one, but this time you can stay in the kitchen.

What You'll Make:
- Hatch Chile Pineapple Guacamole Dip with Chile Seasoned Tortilla Chips
- Hatch Chile Pork Verde with Cilantro-Lime Rice
- Hatch Chile Cheeseball with Hatch Chile Pineapple Salsa and Hatch Chile seasoned tortilla chips
- Elote with Hatch Queso Blanco
- Spicy Mango Sherbert

What to expect in a Harmons Cooking School class:
- Hands-on environment led by professional chef instructors.
- You'll work together with other students in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
- Seats are priced per person.
