Thanksgiving Sides: Prep Now, Feast Later
November 24, 6:00–8:00 p.m.
Harmons Traverse Mountain Cooking School
Chef Sterling West
Take some of the stress out of Thanksgiving and let us help you get a head start on the big feast! In this special hands-on class, you’ll prepare a collection of holiday favorites, package them up, and take them home ready to finish on Thanksgiving Day.
Together we’ll make creamy garlic mashed potatoes, savory sausage and herb stuffing, maple bacon Brussels sprouts, sweet potato au gratin, and homemade cranberry orange sauce. You’ll leave with your sides prepared and packaged, along with easy cooking and reheating instructions.
Spend less time prepping on Thanksgiving and more time enjoying the people around your table. We’ll do the prep together—you simply bake, heat, serve, and enjoy! Feel free to invite a friend to help with the prep; just know that only one set of sides with each payment will go home.
Seats are priced per person. Please list any dietary restrictions in the comment section.
