Pull up a chair and experience the comfort and charm of a true Southern brunch! In this hands-on cooking class, you'll learn the secrets to creating tender, flaky buttermilk biscuits completely from scratch and smother them in rich, savory sausage gravy. We'll round out the menu with irresistible candied bacon, crispy seasoned breakfast potatoes, and a warm berry crumble bursting with sweet seasonal fruit.

To complete the brunch experience, you'll enjoy refreshing seasonal mocktails and handcrafted cocktails that perfectly complement these classic Southern flavors. Along the way, you'll pick up tips and techniques for mastering biscuit-making, balancing sweet and savory brunch dishes, and creating a memorable spread for family gatherings, holiday mornings, or leisurely weekends with friends.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Class time: 11:00 AM–1:00 PM (2 hours). Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
- Seats are priced per person.
