Fresh herbs, bold heat, and serious backyard energy. In this hands-on class, we’ll grill chimichurri flank steak, roast chili-butter baby potatoes with lime and cotija, and blister shishito peppers with citrus salt and a cool yogurt dip.

It’s vibrant, a little smoky, a little spicy — and perfectly made for lingering with good food and good company. Come hungry and ready to chill.

Important information:
- This class is 21+, and you must bring a valid government-issued photo ID to participate, even if you will not be drinking. We’re required to verify ID at check-in, and unfortunately, we won’t be able to admit any guests without one.
- Seats are priced per person.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors. You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment. Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above. You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
