Are you ready to learn to prepare birria and learn the different ways that you can cook and serve it? Don't worry, we're including the infamous quesabirria taco! Traditionally made with goat meat, Birria is easy to make at home and works equally well with beef, lamb, or game-meat. Join us on a night of exploration and discovery as you learn how to easily bring this tender, juicy, and rich dish to your home's weeknight recipe repertoire.

Menu:
- Birria (Quesabirria Taco)
- Dipping Vaquita Beans "Consommé"
- Mexican Street Corn
- Pickled Onions
