Small Stages: Michelle Moonshine & Co.

Part of our free Small Stage Series! Located upstairs at Abbington Senior Living of Layton (350 S 100 W, Layton, UT 84041).

Country, folk, bluegrass, and rock and roll were all born from American roots music. Michelle Moonshine and a small group of seasoned musicians blend those genres with lyrics that explore themes of love, heartbreak, and personal growth.

John Joslin Davis: vocals, electric guitar, harmonica. Bronk Onion: double bass.

After more than a decade together, Michelle & crew have become known for their lively stage presence and ability to connect with the audience through their music, breaking down the barrier between music maker and listener.

They have been direct support for Sierra Ferrell, Old Crow Medicine Show, Lake Street Dive, Lukas Nelson & POTR, Amy Helm, Wayne ‘The Train’ Hancock, Charlie Parr, Travis Tritt, Shakey Graves, Los Lobos, Luther Dickinson of North Mississippi Allstars, Leftover Salmon, Zachary Williams of The Lone Bellow, John Craigie, The Lil Smokies, and more.
