Enjoy an evening of French bistro favorites! Learn to sear steak, make a classic peppercorn pan sauce, and prepare crispy frites, with wine pairings to complement the menu.

Menu:
- Winter Bistro Salad with Roasted Pear, Toasted Walnuts & Dijon Vinaigrette
- Steak au Poivre with Cognac Cream Sauce
- Pommes Frites with Garlic–Herb Aioli
- Haricots Verts with Shallot Butter
- Chef-prepared dessert
- Wine pairings

All guests must be 21 years of age or older. Please remember your government-issued ID. Seats are priced per person. Please list any dietary restrictions in the comment section.

In this hands-on Harmons Cooking School class, you'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by professional chef instructors. You'll work in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment. Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above. You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and tie back long hair.
