In this hands-on class, we’ll explore the comforting elegance of Burgundy-style cooking — where mustard, cream, and wine meet in perfect harmony. As you sip and stir, you’ll learn classic techniques that make French cuisine both timeless and approachable.
Menu:
- Poulet à la Moutarde – pan-seared chicken with creamy Dijon and white wine sauce
- Celery Root and Potato Purée – silky, buttery mash with a hint of celery root
- Roasted Seasonal Vegetables – herb-roasted perfection
- Salade Verte – crisp greens with Dijon vinaigrette and shallots
- Crème Brûlée – the iconic caramelized French custard

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- Work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
