Welcome to the Breakfast Club—where things are a little sweeter, a little richer, and definitely more fun. In this hands-on brunch class, we’re leaning into cozy classics with a decadent twist, building a menu that feels equal parts comfort and indulgence. From warm, caramelized flavors to a little something in your coffee, this is your invitation to slow down, enjoy the moment, and make brunch feel like an occasion. No rules, just really good food.

MENU:
- Soft Scrambled Eggs with Chives
- Maple Dijon Bacon (chef demo)
- Bananas Foster French Toast
- Coffee & Morning Cocktails (because it’s brunch! — mocktail option available)

Important Information:
- This class is 21+. You must bring a valid government-issued photo ID to participate, even if you will not be drinking. We verify ID at check-in and cannot admit guests without one.
- Seats are priced per person.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
