This hands-on cooking class explores New England flavors and culinary traditions. It’s suitable for seasoned cooks and kitchen novices.

Menu:
- Warm Connecticut-style lobster rolls
- Sheet pan New England clambake
- Classic New England seasonal fruit cobbler
- Cocktails (mocktails available)

All guests must be 21 or older. Please bring a government-issued ID. Seats are priced per person. List any dietary restrictions in the comment section.

In this hands-on class, you’ll work in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment, with professional chef instructors. Classes last 2 to 2½ hours unless otherwise noted. You’ll be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class, so wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and tie back long hair.
