The festival features:
- Live music
- Traditional Bavarian food such as bratwurst, weisswurst, sauerkraut, apple strudel, and pretzels
- Over 50 varieties of beer, including German and local Utah brews
- A wide range of activities for all ages, including games in the Halle tent, alphorns on Hidden Peak, the Alpine Slide, Mountain Coaster, Ropes Course, Bungee Trampolines, Kids Inflatables, and more (over 21 summer activities available)
Der Marktplatz showcases more than 40 local vendors offering jewelry, custom woodworking, pottery, crafts, and artwork. Each year a different non-profit has a booth within the Marktplatz.
Admission is free. Beer and food are purchased à la carte. Attendees can save money by reusing previous Snowbird Oktoberfest steins or mugs or by buying a new one to start a collection.
