Welcome back to The Breakfast Club — where brunch is a little brighter, a little louder, and always worth waking up for. In this installment, we’re leaning into fresh spring flavors and turning a cozy morning favorite into a show-stopping brunch plate.
Together, we’ll create golden Strawberries & Lemon Waffles, made with fluffy buttermilk batter infused with lemon zest and vanilla, then piled high with juicy macerated strawberries and clouds of whipped lemon mascarpone. A sprinkle of fragrant basil sugar and your choice of warm honey or citrus glaze finishes the plate.

Important Information
- This class is 21+. You must bring a valid government-issued photo ID to participate, even if you will not be drinking. ID will be verified at check-in; guests without one cannot be admitted.

What to expect
You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by professional chef instructors. You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment. Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above. You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
