Harmons Holladay Market Cooking School
Chef Tara Walker

Welcome to your new favorite neighborhood burger joint—aprons on and griddles hot! In this playful, hands-on class, we’ll channel classic diner energy and a little burger-of-the-day creativity as we build the ultimate gourmet burgers from scratch. You’ll bake soft cornbread brioche buns, craft juicy Wagyu patties, and layer on bold, house-made sauces worthy of any legendary burger board.

And because every great burger deserves an equally outrageous shake, we’ll blend up rich birthday-cake milkshakes with a boozy twist (with a non-alcohol option available). Expect big flavors, a little silliness, and a night that feels like running your own quirky burger spot for the evening.

Menu
- Cornbread Brioche Burger Buns
- Wagyu Beef Patties
- Bourbon BBQ Sauce
- Spiked Birthday Cake Shakes (non-alcohol option available)
