Red sauce. Melted cheese. Fresh pasta. Absolutely no restraint.
Tonight we're leaning all the way into the Italian-American classics—the kind of food that comes bubbling out of the oven, requires an unreasonable amount of Parmesan, and makes you seriously consider unbuttoning your pants before dessert.
We'll put Harmons Fresh Pasta to work in a cheesy baked ziti, make crispy, saucy chicken parmesan, roll and fry our own panzerotti, build a rich, slow-simmered bolognese, and warm up with a bowl of classic Italian wedding soup.
Along the way, we'll cover the techniques that make these dishes worth making at home: getting a proper crust on chicken, building layers of flavor into a sauce, working with fresh pasta, and knowing what the correct amount of cheese is.
Come with a date, bring the family, grab a friend, or show up hungry on your own. We'll cook, eat, laugh, and send you home knowing how to put together the kind of Italian-American feast that makes everyone suddenly available for dinner.
It's big, cozy, red-sauce comfort food. Fuggetaboutit.
