Turn your backyard into the hottest table in town.
In this hands-on “Tapas from the Grill” class, you’ll learn how to transform your everyday cookout into a vibrant, flavor-packed experience that goes far beyond burgers and brats. We’re talking smoky, shareable dishes designed to impress—like perfectly charred grilled pita, bright and herbaceous lemon-dill salmon, and a playful signature “San-Grill-a” to sip alongside it all.
This class is all about leveling up your grill game. You’ll pick up pro techniques for layering flavor, mastering heat, and creating dishes that feel elevated but totally doable in your own backyard. Whether you're hosting friends or just want to cook something you’re actually excited about, this is your chance to step up and show off.
Come hungry, leave confident—and ready to fire up your grill like never before.
