Chef Laura
Any Chef worth their weight in salt has delved into the phenomenal world of Cajun and Creole cuisine. Not only are the seasonings and techniques the base for some of the most incredibly unique dishes in the world, it's the hometown to some of the most incredible Chefs to ever wear the coat. We are bringing the wealth of Southern cuisine and boiling it down to an easy, weeknight ready recipe. We'll start with the potatoes and corn, add in pounds of fresh seafood, and fry up fresh hush puppies to soak up all the butter and broth. Come prepared to get your hands dirty!
Our seafood boil will include:
- Red potatoes
- Corn on the cob
- Shrimp
- Crab Legs
- Mussels
- Cajun Style Sausage
- Hush Puppies on the side
