If beauty is in the eye of the beer-holder, boy do I think a lot of beer is beautiful. After years of daunting experimentation, countless hours toiling, pint after pint, our team of dedicated Chefs have sleuthed out the best beers from the aisles to perk up all your Spring and Summer celebrations. Alas, beer is not just for drinking and clinking! Kick back and relax as we serve up intentional food pairings with one thing in common- they are all indeed cooked with beer in some way as well. You won’t beer-lieve how much we can incorporate beer into one evening.

- Hoegaarden Belgian Wheat Beer with Chili-Orange Glazed Chicken Tskune
- Lager Infused Pizza Bites with Peroni Italian-Style Lager
- Beer-Battered Bratwurst “Corn Dog” with Newcastle Brown Ale
- "Peaches and Cream" Cali Creamin' Vanilla Cream Ale with Freshly Grilled Peaches

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
- Seats are priced per person.
