Schedule:

• 11am-12pm Opening hour of Yoga, Breath work, Meditation, etc. Lead by rotating qualified facilitators in the community.
• 12-12:15 Opening Circle + Guideline Recap
• 12:15-2:15 pm Ecstatic Dance with Live DJ
• 2:15-2:30pm Closing Circle + Sound Bath, Acoustic Music Performance.
• 2:45-3:45pm Post-dance, Occasional Impromptu Song Circle. Acoustic Song Sharing. Instruments Welcome.
• 1:30-3pm Healthy Food Available for Purchase/Social Hour

Ecstatic Dance weaves together live DJ's, immersive sound journeys, and free-form movement. It's a substance-free, all ages, community celebration where you can simply be yourself, and experience rejuvenation and inspiration through connection, dance & music.
