Enchiladas & Strawberry Margaritas 21+ (November 27)
Friday, November 27, 2026 @ 6:00pm - 8:00pm
Harmons Bangerter Crossing Cooking School
Chef Dee Beltz
Join us for a fun hands-on cooking class where you’ll learn to craft authentic-style enchiladas from scratch—featuring tender, shredded Honey Chipotle Chicken filling and a savory Beef Barbacoa that Chef Dee will make herself. We’ll begin by building the heart of the dish: a rich, deeply
flavored rojo sauce made from toasted chiles, aromatics, and spices. You’ll discover how to balance heat, acidity, and depth to create a sauce that transforms simple ingredients into something unforgettable.
Next, we’ll assemble and roll enchiladas, layering warm tortillas, savory fillings, and plenty of melty cheese before baking them to piping-hot perfection. To round out the menu, we’ll prepare cilantro lime rice and fresh guacamole, YUM!
And because no fiesta is complete without a little fun, we’ll do delicious Strawberry Margaritas—perfectly sweet, perfectly and refreshing!
Menu:
Chips & Salsa
Honey Chipotle Chicken
Beef Barbacoa (Chef Made)
Enchilada Rojo Sauce
Cilantro Lime Rice
Fresh Guacamole
Strawberry Margaritas
Harmons Tres Leches Cake
