Join the Harmons cooking school as they introduce you to more aromatic, fresh Thai cuisine featuring Pad Thai and Chicken Satay. The class will begin with refreshing Chef prepared Thai lettuce wraps and a brief introduction to the foundations of Thai cuisine: the balance of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy.
In this class you will learn how to build Pad Thai step by step while your senses are filled with the aromas of fresh lime, tamarind, garlic, and peanuts. Paired with this dish will be Chicken Satay marinated in coconut and spices, paired with a tangy, spicy peanut sauce. To finish it off you will be served Mango Sorbet from the Harmons Cafe. What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations, dishes and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
