MEGAN BLUE

Megan's huge, soulful voice has a sweetness and precision that you wouldn't expect. After completing her master's degree in vocal performance, Megan moved to Austin, TX, where she cut her teeth in the music scene playing with various blues bands.

She spent years leading a band called The Blue Trees in New Orleans, LA, where she performed all original music, raised over $5,000 to create a professional album, and toured all over the Southern United States. She has performed at the world-renowned Jazz Fest in New Orleans, as well as Festival International in Lafayette, LA, and has had regular radio play on the famous station WWOZ.

Since returning to Salt Lake, Megan has performed at some of the best venues in town:
- The Garage
- The Bayou
- Oktoberfest at Snowbird
- The State Room

She has collaborated with local musicians including The Pour and Hivemind.

Megan Blue and The Bonfire brings original country-fried blues for your listening and dancing pleasure.
