Gyros aren't fast food - they're an art form. In this class, you'll build the whole spread from scratch: hand-rolled pita that puffs in the oven, slow-marinated chicken with real char, cooling tzatziki thick enough to stand a spoon in, and a crisp Greek salad that holds its own next to all of it.
No shortcuts. No packets. Just the real thing - and you'll know how to make it again the moment you get home.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
