Supper clubs around the world are notorious spots for food enthusiasts to gather over the table and discuss at length the endless possibilities and criticisms when it comes to good food.
In this iteration, we will delve into the world of a classic: tikka masala. With a rich history, and a devoted fanbase, how can this classic be elevated and executed to the best of your ability? We'll show you. You'll cook alongside friends new and old, and create memories that will last a lifetime. Much better than the same old take-out.

What to expect in a Harmons Cooking School class:
- You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
- Seats are priced per person.
