Ecstatic Dance

Schedule:

• 11:00am–12:00pm: Opening hour — Yoga, Breath work, Meditation, etc. Lead by rotating qualified facilitators in the community.
• 12:00–12:15pm: Opening Circle + Guideline Recap
• 12:15–2:15pm: Ecstatic Dance with Live DJ
• 1:30–3:00pm: Healthy Food Available for Purchase / Social Hour
• 2:15–2:30pm: Closing Circle + Sound Bath, Acoustic Music Performance
• 2:45–3:45pm: Post-dance — Occasional Impromptu Song Circle. Acoustic song sharing. Instruments welcome.

Ecstatic Dance weaves together live DJs, immersive sound journeys, and free-form movement. It's a substance-free, all ages, community celebration where you can simply be yourself, and experience rejuvenation and inspiration through connection, dance & music.

• Tickets: $20 for adults, $5 for children (under 18).
• We also offer a $155 10-punch pass.
