If you aren't too sweating enough from the summer heat, then maybe it's time to crank it up an extra notch on the Scoville scale with some smoky hatch Chile peppers. Learn how to make mole to go over some classic turkey enchiladas with hatch chiles. Spice up your side game with a Chile Verde rice and some hatch Chile salsa. Enjoy a little sweet heat with some Hatch Chile Ice cream. Then pair it all with so nice prosecco to wash it all down. We hope your tastebuds are thoroughly prepared.

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You'll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment. In this new format of Social Experience, there will be a little less hands on work and more learning techniques and gathering together to join in the fun.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
