About
The Wildflower Festival, hosted by the Cottonwood Canyons Foundation and the four Cottonwood Canyons ski resorts, showcases over 200 species of wildflowers found throughout the Wasatch mountain range.
Through guided hikes with trained naturalists, the festival provides a fun and encouraging environment for people of all ages to learn about the wide diversity of wildflowers and their dependence upon responsible recreation and the protection of our watershed.
Guided hikes vary in length and depart periodically from Solitude Village. The last hike departs at 1:00 p.m. Sunrise and Moonbeam Express open at 9:00 a.m. for participants. Valid lift ticket required.
