The Capital District Scottish Games is an annual celebration of Scottish heritage and tradition. It takes place on September 5, 2026, at the Altamont Fairgrounds, 129 Grand Street, Altamont, NY 12009.

Tickets are available online and at the gates. Admission at the gate is $25. Children 12 years of age and younger are admitted free. Free parking is available. Veterans and active military members receive a 50% discount on gate admissions with valid ID; this discount is available only at the gate on the day of admission to the service member.
The event is hosted by the Schenectady Pipe Band. Event sponsors include Broadview FCU, DeCresente, Scotland Shop, Times Union, C.D.C.C.A., New Scotland Spirits, and Empire Wine & Liquor.
