Electric City SummerFest transforms North Broadway in downtown Schenectady into a vibrant weekly celebration of live music, local food and drinks, community organizations, and summer fun. This free, all-ages series brings together residents, visitors, businesses, and nonprofits for evenings filled with entertainment, local flavor, and community connection in the heart of the Electric City.
Each event features live performances from regional favorites and tribute acts spanning rock, country, blues, jam bands, and party music, alongside food and beverage offerings, local vendors, and opportunities to connect with community organizations and charitable causes. Guests are encouraged to come early, explore downtown, support local businesses, and enjoy the festive atmosphere before the evening's headlining performance.
