Join this month’s Read It and Eat! Cookbook Club! The featured cookbook for this month is Bon app! : 100+ French classics, made easy by Isabelle Dunn.
Come to the Information Desk to peruse the featured cookbook and register. Select the recipe you are interested in sharing. Staff will photocopy the recipe and it will be listed with your registration to avoid duplications.
Follow the recipe as written in the book — there is no need to double it. Please bring serving utensils for your dish. Let us know in advance if you will need an electrical outlet.

This is a book discussion group, so please do not alter the recipe; we want to be able to discuss the recipes as they are presented. Here are some questions you can think about when you are making the recipe to share with the group:
