Join me on the Spring Equinox for a guided meditation and sound bath focused on embracing the seasons of the grieving process, with an optional sharing circle.
Arrival at 6:15 PM for an event at 6:30 PM.
Location: Refuge Event Space in Troy. They will offer mats and pillows or chairs — feel free to bring your own items to create a cozy space.
