Capital District Scottish Games

The Capital District Scottish Games will take place on September 5, 2026 at the Altamont Fairgrounds, 129 Grand Street, Altamont, NY 12009.

This event features a variety of activities, including:
- Pipe Band Events
- Stage Bands
- Highland Athletics
- Highland Dancing
- Children's Events
- Clans & Societies
- Patron's Tent
- Import Vendors

There is on-site camping and a CDSG Charity Golf Tournament. Options for hotels and lodging are available for attendees.

Tickets are available now online. Tickets purchased at the gate are $25. Children 12 years of age and younger are free at the gates. Free parking is available. Veterans and active military receive a 50% discount on gate admission by showing their ID card at the gate; these discounts are only available at the gate for the veteran or active service member.
