2026 Firehouse Chili CookOff

We’re excited to celebrate the 15th Annual Brown’s Firehouse Chili CookOff! Join us as the area’s finest firehouse culinary masters face off in a friendly competition, showcasing their talent and skill with their signature chili recipes.

This fundraiser benefits our brave firefighters and is exclusively for firehouse chefs—no restaurants allowed. The spirit of Brown’s Firehouse Chili CookOff is to celebrate the rich tradition of firehouse chili while honoring the hardworking firefighters who serve and protect our communities.

Chilis will be judged in two categories: Taste Panel and People’s Choice.

• The firehouse judged to have the Best Tasting Chili will receive the coveted Golden Eddy Award
• Silver Eddy and Bronze Eddy trophies will be awarded for second- and third-place chilis, as determined by our esteemed taste panel
• The People’s Choice Award goes to the firehouse receiving the most votes from cookoff attendees
• The Sloppy Puppy Award will be presented for the best table display
